TSF 2018 Performers

“The Urban Kwakwaka’wakw Dance Group is comprised of singers and dancers from each of our 16 original tribes of the Kwakwaka’wakw Nation.The songs and dances we share come from our traditional ceremonies,they are songs and dances that we have been given permission to share in public, and they are presented in the same sequence they would be in a traditional ceremony. We thank our hosts, the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh, as we are humbled and blessed to share some of our songs and dances on their sacred lands.”
