Hail­ing from Que­bec, [ZØGMA], is a per­cus­sive dance com­pa­ny who share their cul­tur­al diver­si­ty by com­bin­ing music and chore­og­ra­phy with a con­tem­po­rary approach and aes­thet­ic to folk­lore. Soka­lo is a vibrant gath­er­ing place where mem­o­ries are shared with friends ‑the sim­ple things of life that we wish not to for­get. Col­lab­o­rat­ing with Vancouver’s own Louis Riel Metis Dancers Soka­lo merges song and dance into a pow­er­ful rhyth­mic work.
