Blues Man Murray Porter’s music career has taken him all over the world for the last 40 years. He’s a proud Mohawk man from Six Nations of the Grand River Territory in southern Ontario, who now lives on Squamish Nation unceded territory in North Vancouver, British Columbia.
Whether he is playing an intimate venue for local blues fans, as a solo, duo, trio or with a four-piece band, or on a festival stage to thousands of music aficionados, Porter’s love of performing comes across clear and strong. He has been compared to Dr. John, Joe Cocker and even Elton John! Robbie Robertson has called Porter “a master bluesman.” He captivates audiences wherever he performs and makes new fans…and they never leave his show disappointed.
Elaine is Anishinabe and Cayuga, from Six Nations of the Grand River Territory, in southern Ontario. She has worked as a freelance Indigenous Performing Arts activist/promoter/manager for 37 years, and was a TV and radio producer for 15 years. She now makes her home on the Capilano Rez, on the unceded Squamish Nation territory in North Vancouver, British Columbia, for the last 16 years.
Throughout her career, she has conducted many workshops to Indigenous Youth on various aspects of the music industry throughout Canada, as well as workshops on ‘Rez Bluez’ at various music festivals, universities, colleges and high schools across Canada, U.S. and France.
Eden Fine Day is a nehiyaw songwriter and singer from the Sweetgrass First Nation in Treaty Six Territory. She grew up in East Vancouver and then moved to Santa Cruz, California as a teenager. After playing guitar and singing in punk /garage bands, Eden found her musical home in pop music. Her catchy hooks and soaring vocals will keep her ultra-personal songs in your head.
Eden has recorded six studio albums with three different groups over the course of her career, and is currently working on two full-lenth LPs, to be released in 2023.
Bluesy roots rock groove oriented eclectic, emotional and heartfelt originals best describes Vancouver based singer-songwriter recording artist, Norine Braun. Norine just released her 13th album, the groove oriented Songs For Trees in May 2022.
Thanks to a Canada Council For the Arts Award and a First Peoples’ Cultural Council Award, Norine set her musings during the ongoing pandemic to focus on climate change and the healing power of trees. Norine has created a transformational musical walk through a west coast forest to help enlighten and inspire. Nominated for a 2018 Western Canadian Music Award, LA Independent Music Award winner and winner of SIBL International Songwriting Competition.

It’s beautiful and genius.” Taylor Williams SubbaCultcha “Each song is beautifully tied together to create a music forest with a very important message.” A.A. Christi NYC Broadway World
Caitlin Goulet’s voice is vulnerable, confident and emotionally charged. The Métis singer was described by CBC Reclaimed host Jarrett Martineau as “One of my favourite new artists from the West Coast underground… Caitlin Goulet writes songs that are like dreams you can get lost in.”
Her album “Inside Thoughts” explores the inner world of a sad-girl gone bad-girl who’s bossing up and healing. Raw, conversational, and unapologetic lyrics are channeled through a dynamic and magnetic voice. Her alt-pop, dream-pop, and alternative R&B stylings are likened to Banks, FKA Twigs, Solange, Tei Shi, Lana Del Rey, Aaliyah, and Brandy.
Recently, has started producing and co-producing with her partner, Marzzybaby. She is working on new songs for release later this year.
