The latest evolution in Upintheair Theatre’s fifteen-year history of Festival production, rEvolver takes place at The Cultch in East Vancouver on May 24th – June 4th, 2017.

rEvolver: brings audiences the full range of contemporary theatrical practice, from script-based theatre to devised and site-specific works, staged readings of work-in-progress, and in-depth discussions with artists; The Changing Stage.

This year, we are partnering up with rEvolver and presenting SPAWN.

SPAWN is a new Canadian play that weaves traditional Coast Salish stories with dance and multi- media to tell the story of death and new life. It is the struggle to reconnect to family, culture, community, and land.
