Happy National Indigenous History Month!

This June, we invite you to join us in celebrating the rich heritage and vibrant cultures of Indigenous communities. National Indigenous History Month is a time to honour the contributions, histories, and diversity of Indigenous peoples across Canada. At Full Circle, we are dedicated to uplifting Indigenous voices and stories through a series of engaging events and meaningful partnerships. From cultural celebrations to artistic showcases and community gatherings, we have curated a diverse lineup that promises to inspire, educate, and entertain.

Our June program begins with an exciting performance by Garret T. Willie at Ocean Artworks. We will then celebrate the 11th Annual DTES Powwow at Oppenheimer Park, a heartfelt tribute to our Ancestors and the vibrant Downtown Eastside community. The month continues with musical performances throughout Vancouver in collaboration with Coastal Jazz, featuring the talents of Blue Moon Marquee and Hand to Earth. Lastly, DJ O Show, will offer free artist talks and workshops at the Western Front and Tom Lee Music Hall, culminating in dynamic DJ sets on Granville Island. We warmly invite everyone to participate in these events, celebrate Indigenous culture, and create lasting memories with us.
