Biidaaban: a Sonic Call to the Future


An 8:30-minute sunrise ceremony to be experienced on the land, at dawn. This sound work invites Listeners to consider what medicine we have to gift the future. A story-seed that begins with a ceremony at the water, this performance-ceremony was created in association with Delinquent Theatre.

Rez Blues (Virtual)


Rez Bluez will feature a mix of pre-recorded live performances from blues venues throughout Canada, a radio documentary segment, TV variety series and workshops. You’ll hear some of the most powerful, soulful voices, guitar grooves and foot stompin’ piano, that are all deeply rooted in the blues. Rez Bluez presents the best of Indigenous blues talent from all over Turtle Island.
